DAVID BEGG is the publisher of Transport Times. He is a former chairman of the Commission for Integrated Transport and has an international reputation as a commentator on transport issues. He is the non-executive chairman of Tube Lines, and is a former Director of the Centre for Transport Policy at Robert Gordon University , Aberdeen .
ADAM RAPHAEL is the associate editor of Transport Times and is a regular columnist. A former executive and political editor of The Observer, he has been a political correspondent at The Economist and The Guardian and is a former presenter on BBC TV’s Newsnight programme.
